From gourmet coffee brand Café Garat and designed by Esrawe + Cadena, their space celebrates Mexican heritage by blending warm, authentic interiors with the finest locally sourced coffee beans. With a focus on evoking the essence of Mexico, Tierra Garat tells the untold story of Mexican coffee through its earthy textures and thoughtfully curated menu of coffee and chocolate.
Adding a sustainable touch to their newest cafe in Mexico City’s Colonia Narvarte, ChopValue collaborated with Tierra Garat to transform 60,480 chopsticks for a second life. Engineered into beautiful dining tables, they effectively saved close to 3,000 kgCO2e, aligning with Tierra Garat’s vision of blending quality, design, and environmental responsibility.
